Water Softener adalah suatu proses pengolahan untuk menurunkan konsentrasi kalsium, magnesium, dan ion yang terkandung pada air. Media yang digunakan dalam Tangki Water Softener adalah resin cation yang dapat diaktifkan kembali dengan menggunakan sodium kloride (NaCl). Tabung Water Softener dapat digunakan secara manual, semi otomatis dan otomatis, tergantung kepada valve yang akan digunakan. PT Banyutek Nusantara menyediakan Water Softener System yang sudah dilengkapi dengan Resin Cation dan Brine Tank untuk proses regenerasi, terdiri dari beberapa type dan kapasitas.
